Saddle return policy . Saddles being returned must be returned in new, unused condition with all hangtags still on the saddle and no signs of wear or hair. If there are any signs of wear full credit/money back will be adjusted at our discretion. Billet marks are O.K. if you are going to use stirrup leathers wrap them in something very soft. Vet wrap/coflex will scratch DO NOT USE THIS. Do not use tall boots or chaps, use paddock boots. Used saddles follow the same procedure Please insure your returned package for your own protection All postage will be paid by the customer no returns on shipping. Sorry , no returns on custom, sale or closeout items.
